Due Diligence

Before every export transaction, we conduct an in-depth due diligence on the international buyer. We mainly work with buyers we have previously collaborated with, and who have either visited us before or who have come to visit us. This is especially important for buyers who want to increase their quantity demand.

Irrevocable Letter of Credit

We ensure the international buyer issues an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC), which serves as an irrevocable bank guarantee of payment.

Third Party Bank

For transactions or exports backed by an irrevocable, confirmed Letter of Credit at sight, payment is blocked by the buyer's bank and confirmed by the intermediary. Payment is released only if the terms of the L/C are met, including quality parameters and necessary documentation. This ensures that the bank pays without requiring further involvement from the buyer if all conditions are satisfied.

GIT Insurance

With over a decade of experience in sourcing, procurement, and logistics, we prioritize quality and shipment security. We also provide GIT (Good in Transit) insurance to protect against theft and accidents.

Other Third-Party Agencies

We have established relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and all relevant government and third-party organizations, enhancing our shipping and logistics capabilities.
